Tacos

2 x 185g cans SIRENA TUNA and Beans Mexican Style

Taco shells (hard or soft depending on your preference)

Lettuce (iceberg or cous) chopped or torn for ease of filling

Chopped tomato

Sour cream

Extra chilli and grated cheddar cheese (as desired)

Guacamole

2 ripe avocados, skinned, seeds removed, either diced or mashed with fork

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp of fresh lime or lemon juice

2 tbsp - ¼ cup of minced red onion or thinly sliced green onion

1-2 medium heat chillies, stems and seeds removed, minced

2 tbsp coriander

½ ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped

A dash of freshly grated black pepper

Directions

Empty Sirena Tuna and Beans Mexican style cans into a saucepan and warm through. Heat taco shells as per pack instructions. Assemble with desired ingredients.
