No fuss, flavoursome and packed with goodness, these lettuce cups make the perfect mid-week meal.

- Cook the couscous according to pack instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork.
- Combine couscous, capsicum, cucumber, parsley, onion and Sirena Tuna Chunky Tomato & Basil to a bowl. Gently mix to combine.
- Scoop a few tablespoons into each lettuce cup and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
