
Tuna Penne with Lemon Garlic Pangrattato

*Note: We used fresh sourdough breadcrumbs made with a high processor blender or food processor. Panko breadcrumbs can be used if unavailable.
Directions
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil.
- Add Barilla Pasta Penne and cook for 11 minutes or until just al-dente.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil, breadcrumbs and garlic and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden brown and toasted.
- Stir in lemon and herbs and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Set aside.
- Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Stir in Barilla Basilico Pasta Sauce and Sirena Tuna in Oil Italian Style.
- Season to taste and heat through.
- Spoon into serving bowls, sprinkle with pangrattato and serve.
