Sirena Tuna Soba Noodle Salad
Healthy, flavoursome and on the table in under 30 minutes with this Diana Chan’s recipe.

For the homemade goma dressing (can be store bought)
- Start by cooking the soba noodles. Place a pot of water enough to cook the soba noodles to boil on high heat. Cook the noodles for 4 mins, drain and add a few drops of sesame oil to loosen.
- For the goma dressing. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all the wet ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Season to taste and add in the sesame seeds.
- For the assembly. Add the noodles to a large bowl. Top with the zucchini, carrots, cooked edamame beans, pickled ginger and Sirena Tuna Lemon and Pepper. Garnish with extra sesame seeds and thinly sliced strips of nor
