Sirena Tuna Penne Puttanesca

Puttanesca, known as pasta from the pantry, is elevated with chunks of premium Sirena Tuna.

  1. Gently fry the chopped garlic and anchovy fillets in the olive oil until fragrant and anchovies have dissolved. Add the diced tomatoes and olives. Simmer until the sauce has reduced by 1/3. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until ‘al dente’. Drain and return to the saucepan.
  3. Add the sauce to pasta and combine with Sirena Tuna and capers. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
