High Tea Sirena Tuna Croissants
For the croissant lovers, mix it up with Diana Chan’s high tea take on the obligatory croissant.
- Time:Less than 15 minutes
For the filling
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling together until fully combined.
- Heat the croissants in the oven for 5 – 8 minutes.
- Spoon 1 heaped tablespoon of the filling into each croissant. Garnish with lettuce leaves, sliced cucumbers and slices of hard boiled eggs.
