Baked Field Mushrooms with Sirena Tuna & Goat’s Cheese
TIP: For added zing, try adding some grated lemon zest to the mix instead of the lemon juice.

- Pre heat oven to 180C.
- Mix the tuna, goat's cheese, capers, lemon juice and thyme. Evenly distribute the tuna mixture into each mushroom cap.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted slightly. Serve with a little drizzle of oil.
