  1. Pre heat oven to 180C.
  2. Mix the tuna, goat's cheese, capers, lemon juice and thyme. Evenly distribute the tuna mixture into each mushroom cap.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted slightly. Serve with a little drizzle of oil.
